Rote Sonne was founded by Peter Wacha (Disko B & ChicksOnSpeed Records), Martin Gretschmann (Console Head & Notwist), Richard Rieger (PastaMusik) and architect Bernd Bergmann in 2005. It has a cozy 399 capacity with a wooden dance floor, a great sound system and stays well clear of the mainstream.
