Instead of wishing for a white Christmas, the talented  DJs and producers Detroit Grand Pubahs give us ‘White Pigeon’. (in other words a lot of Dove)  Featuring Dave The Hustler, this second track taken from their ‘Madd Circus’ album now gets its own release with remixes from Motor and Orlando Voorn. it's available on digital download from 20th December on Detelefunk Records.

An epicenter for both international and local artists, created by French art dealer and curator Sebastien Le Pelletier, Gallery Nine5 joins Awdio with a selection of playlists for you to enjoy. Located in Nolita, a stone's throw away from SoHo and the Lower East Side (Manhattan's growing vibrant art community), the gallery has established itself as a home for innovative and high caliber art. This month they're presenting a new exhibition 'Manifest Destiny' by Steve Ellis who explores issues emerging from contemporary consumerism using pop culture iconography.

If you haven't yet come across the Frankfurt based label Raum...Musik then now's the time. Founded in 1998 by Olaf Zern and Peter Armster and now managed by Olaf Zern, this label has been a major player the recent German underground Techno/House scene. Sacha Dive, Christian Burkhardt, Seth Troxler and Seuil are just some of the talented artists who have released tracks on Raum. On Thurday night (2nd December) the monthly Hello! Party at Paris' Rex Club have invited the label to showcase some of their talent alongside their resident DJ Pepperpot. Doriac Paic, known for extraordinary mixing talent, and Maayan Nidam (aka Miss Fitz) who has released tracks on the label under many different guises including Mara Trax with Vera will all be on the decks. So if you like groovy and hypnotic minimalistic house then hit the Rex Channel and get dancing.
