‘The Espy’ in St Kilda has been Australia’s premier live music venue since the late 1800’s and was a little worse for wear when it was bought up by nightclub owners Paul Adamo and Vince Sofo in 2001. They gave the place a new lease of life adding a restaurant and different floors all featuring live music.
